Grid Maker
Splits one photo into a perfect profile grid.
Who it is for
Anyone running an Instagram profile — a brand, an artist, a hobby account — who wants the grid work done fast. Splitting one photo into a clean profile grid is fiddly by hand: crop the tiles, keep the alignment, then post them in an order nobody remembers. Here it is three steps.
The posting order is the product
Pick a photo, design the grid — layouts run from 3×1 to 3×5, and Fit mode keeps the whole photo by filling the empty space with a blur, white or black — and the tiles come out numbered, all of them saved in one tap. The numbering is the part everyone gets wrong, so the app says it out loud: Instagram fills a profile from bottom-right to top-left, so tile 1 goes up first and the last tile lands top-left, keeping the grid aligned however many posts follow.
